Our INSPIRATION
VESTER is inspired by “Vesterbro” - a district west of Copenhagen, Denmark. The former meatpacking district was revived with the help and hospitality of local restaurants and cafe community. Carrying the tradition of Danish simplicity, VESTER values the quality of seasonal, clean and mindful eating. We embrace international ingredients, locally sourced.
